A note on use
Educators, students, librarians, community organizers, and church newsletters are welcome to use the photographs without fee. Commercial use is licensed individually; please write and describe the project.
The photographs are expressly not licensed for use in furtherance of hate speech, harassment, or harm to any person or group, and are expressly not licensed to any law enforcement, immigration enforcement, customs, border, military, paramilitary, or intelligence agency, or to any contractor or affiliate acting on behalf of such an agency, for any purpose. These restrictions are non-waivable. Any use inconsistent with the foregoing is unauthorized and constitutes willful copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501.
